Andrew Bittner: is the head of the Business Development and Strategic Relationships for the H🌎ME DAO. Andrew is renowned nationally as the inventor of the first "holistic energy savings insurance policy" that forwarded the ability to fund sustainable and regenerative energy projects all over the United States. He speaks all over the country teaching communities to become independent through building their own public infrastructure. He has been in the blockchain world for 7 years, and is personally devoted to a decentralized world with a focus on basic needs being met in abundance for humanity. Andrew's focus in the DAO is to unify communities, developers, and individuals to collaborate within our community "Cognitive City." Creating relationships and pathways for everyone to find a win, win, win scenario within HOME DAO.

He also brings tremendous experience in the sustainability world, as he is the CEO/Founder of Guaranteed Clean Energy. GCE is an energy advisory firm specializing in multi-million-dollar holistic sustainability development projects for K-12 schools, and municipalities in the US. GCE was awarded as the “Top Cleantech Startup” in 2021, and the best Corporate Office in Columbus, OH in 2019. Andrew’s background as a successful entrepreneur is mostly in the energy and financial space where he has owned and successfully exited multiple energy companies with specialties including energy deregulation, commodities trading, LED lighting, energy auditing and energy engineering. Andrew has also held a Registered Representative status obtaining his Series 63 licenses through FINRA and has over 16 years’ experience in finance and business insurance strategy and 12 within the energy industry.

Jonathan Uber: is the head of Operations for the H🌎ME DAO. Jonathan believes sustainability is a lifestyle and looks to implement sustainable practices in his personal and business life at every opportunity. He is focused on the use case of blockchain for decentralization and is especially excited about governance.

He is bringing physical infrastructure experience to the DAO as he is currently the President of Operations and Sales for Guaranteed Clean Energy and Co-Founder of GCE Healthcare, an energy advisory firm for institutional healthcare facilities and hospital networks. He manages multi-million-dollar projects implementing solar, wind, batteries, energy efficiency, and other sustainable measures. Jonathan likes to see the project progress at the expected pace and discover new ways to improve the process of sustainable projects. Jonathan's background prior was in medical device distribution, development, and business operations. He particularly focused on sustainability projects and Anesthesia-related products with large hospital groups. He helped bring to market a device that would allow hospitals to not emit waste anesthetic gas and provided an opportunity to recycle the drugs.

Deke Welling- Engineering and Renewables Advisor: has over 19 years of experience in the energy industry building over $200M+ in renewables projects (solar, wind, and batteries) and energy efficiency projects over the past seven years. Deke is focused on bringing high-quality physical energy infrastructure to the blockchain.

Prior to entering the renewables sector, Deke was the CEO of Welling Resources, an energy development company focused on the exploration of oil and natural gas reserves in the U.S. It was this experience that led him into understanding the need to be part of the renewables sector and help leading a charge for more sustainable resources. Additionally, Deke also served as the CEO of Circle L Solar, Inc., a top 100 solar installer in the United States since 2016. Through his leadership, Circle L Solar experienced a growth rate of over 2,250% from 2016 to 2019, resulting in his company being listed on the Inc. 5000 list of the fastest-growing private companies in the U.S. (Rank # 176), and being named Top Energy Company and Entrepreneur of Year for the Energy Industry by the American Business Awards® in 2019 and again for Entrepreneur of the Year in 2021. Deke has also held a Registered Representative status obtaining both his Series 22 & 63 licenses through FINRA and has over 10 years experience in finance and investments within the energy industry and is a member of the Forbes Business Council.

Kevin Warren- Renewables Design and Engineering Advisor: Kevin is a solar veteran with over 12 years of experience in the field. He is also a renewables entrepreneur currently co-founder of CLS Sustainable, a renewable energy developer and engineering, procurement & construction company that is focused on the commercial & industrial, community and utility-scale sectors. Kevin is focused on making sure that projects are vetted and secure as they bridge the real world to the digital world of HOME Tokens.

Kevin was the owner of Beacon Consulting and has originated, consulted, designed and/or engineered over 122 MW of PV installations ranging from small commercial to utility-scale projects throughout Texas, California, Colorado, and North Carolina. Kevin holds a Photovoltaic Technical Sales Professional Certification from the North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners and certifications from Solar Energy International in PV Installation, PV Technical Sales, PV battery-based design, PV design and engineering, and PV operations and maintenance. Along with PV expertise Kevin is a LEED Green Building Associate, a certified building analyst from the Building Performance Institute, a Certified Renewable Energy Professional from the Association of Energy Engineers and holds a designation in High-Performance Sustainable Buildings from the BOMI Institute. Kevin studied Electrical Engineering at the University of Texas at Arlington.

Graham Richard- Political and Strategic Development Advisor: A former Indiana senator, mayor and business entrepreneur, Graham Richard has achieved great success when combining business efficiency and utility infrastructure to help serve people. He is focused on understanding the entire holistic relationship of blockchain and how it bridges to physical infrastructure for communities.

He brought his expertise in both politics and best business practices to city government in 2000 when he began his first term as mayor of Fort Wayne, IN. During his two terms, he helped turn the Fort Wayne city government into a lean, results-producing, customer-focused organization for Indiana’s second-largest city. During Mayor Richard's tenure, the City of Fort Wayne won national awards for the #1 Fleet Operation in the nation, and best Public Works and City Utilities Department in the country. The story of that experience is captured in his book “Performance is the Best Politics”.

He has received national awards for his technology leadership and has been dubbed “America’s Broadband Mayor” for his leadership in promoting high-speed broadband deployment and applications.

Graham Richard after public service founded and became CEO of the Advanced Energy Economy from March 1, 2012, to January 1, 2018. AEE is a national business association formed to be an advocate for policies that grow the market for secure, clean, affordable energy. He helped build the executive team, and recruit major companies as members. AEE is now active at the federal level and in over 28 states.

Josh Hale - Legal Advisor & Counsel: Joshua Hale is an attorney that has been representing startups for nearly 20 years worldwide. When he was called to focus on blockchain, he completely became absorbed into the industry and helped quality projects enter the wild world of crypto in a trusted manner. He is focused on the robust legal structure to build trust, and bring physical assets and DePIN to the blockchain, and how to structure the ownership and protect HOME DAO members.

He is well-known in the crypto space as a top 10 specialist in the world, and his "green glasses" are notable at every crypto conference. He has spoken at events and universities worldwide about Blockchain, the Rule of Law, and intellectual property. We are pleased Josh is an integral part of Home DAO.
